Maverick Natural Resources LLC retained EnergyNet for the sale of oil and gas assets in Northern Louisiana through an auction closing June 26.
The offer comprises operated interest as well as royalty interest and overriding royalty interest (ORRI) in producing wells plus HBP leasehold acreage. The assets are located within the Shongaloo Field in Webster Parish, La.

- 42.81797% to 18.82146% Working Interest / 31.874983% to 14.17802% Net Revenue Interest in Four Producing Wells:
- An Additional 0.575403% ORRI in the McEachern Et al #1-Alt Well
- An Additional 0.122213% Royalty Interest in the Holtzclaw Et al #1 Well
- An Additional 0.049175% Royalty Interest in the Honaker #001-Alt and Matthews #001-Alt Wells
- Six-Month Average 8/8ths Production: 12 barrels per day of Oil and 46,000 cubic feet per day of Gas
- Six-Month Average Net Income: $7,236 per Month
- 157.768 Net HBP Leasehold Acres
