The tracts are located throughout the Scoop and Anadarko basins in Beaver, Blaine, Cimarron, Custer, Garvin, Grady, Kay and Payne counties.

- Royalty: 3/16ths, 1/5th
- First Year Rental: $1.00 per net acre
