Multiple packages of producing minerals in the Scoop generating a cash flow of nearly $150,000 per month plus a surface tract are for sale in Oklahoma through a sealed-bid auction conducted by Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co.
The offer includes a portfolio of producing mineral interests in Oklahoma's Scoop oil window in Garvin, McClain and Grady counties with additional mineral interest in Roger Mills County, Okla. The six-month average cash flow for the assets is $148,841 per month. Select operators include Newfield Mid-Continent, Sheridan Production Co., Jones Energy, Apache Corp., Casillas Operating and Chaparral Energy.
In addition to the portfolio of mineral interests, also being offered is a productive Rush Creek Bottomland farm in Garvin County, Okla., which consists of about 233 acres, near the community of Purdy, Okla.
Bidders will have the option to acquire mineral interest properties, surface tract or to combine a the farmland property with actively producing minerals.
