Fasken Oil and Ranch Ltd. is offering operated interest in a West Texas oil field through a sale in conjunction with The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse.

The offer includes HBP acreage and active horizontal Wolfcamp B wells in Lin Field in Irion County, Texas.

Highlights:

  • 100% operated working interest and 77.2179%-82.375% net revenue interest;
    • Interest to be conveyed from the base of the Dean Formation and below;
  • About 2,900 gross/net acres (HBP);
  • Two active horizontal Wolfcamp B wells;
  • About 231 barrels of oil equivalent per day of production forecasted for December;
  • About $166,000 net cash flow forecasted for December;
  • About 300 horizontal Wolfcamp wells drilled in the area;
  • 450,000-barrels frack pit;
    • Four water supply wells; and
  • Six square miles of proprietary 3-D seismic survey.
