Fasken Oil and Ranch Ltd. is offering operated interest in a West Texas oil field through a sale in conjunction with The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse.
The offer includes HBP acreage and active horizontal Wolfcamp B wells in Lin Field in Irion County, Texas.
Highlights:
- 100% operated working interest and 77.2179%-82.375% net revenue interest;
- Interest to be conveyed from the base of the Dean Formation and below;
- About 2,900 gross/net acres (HBP);
- Two active horizontal Wolfcamp B wells;
- About 231 barrels of oil equivalent per day of production forecasted for December;
- About $166,000 net cash flow forecasted for December;
- About 300 horizontal Wolfcamp wells drilled in the area;
- 450,000-barrels frack pit;
- Four water supply wells; and
- Six square miles of proprietary 3-D seismic survey.
Upside opportunities:
- Six additional laterals in the Wolfcamp B;
- Eight additional laterals in the Wolfcamp C;
- Additional laterals in the Wolfcamp A;
- Ellenburger potential; and
- Two additional drilling pads built.
