IPR Energy Partners LLC retained Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse LLC for the sale of an operated working interest package across multiple Texas counties that includes production from the Barnett Shale.
The package consists of operated working interest in 57 wells located in Wise, Erath, Jack and Goliad counties, Texas.
Highlights:
- Average net production of 4 bbl/d of oil / 162,000 cubic feet per day of gas
- 3,700 gross (3,625 net) acres
- Producing from the Barnett Shale, Strawn and Marble Falls, etc. formations
