An affiliate of Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN) is selling more than 42,000 net acres in the Powder River Basin through a sealed-bid offering being handled by EnergyNet.
The assets include non-producing and HBP leasehold plus nonoperated working interest and overriding royalty interests in Niobrara and Converse counties, Wyo.
Highlights:
- 42,606 net leasehold acres;
- 75.5% to 87.5% net revenue interest;
- 39,702 net leasehold acres nonproducing;
- 1,602 net leasehold acres HBP;
- 981 net leasehold acres held by unit; and
- 95% federal leases.
