Marlin Midstream Partners LP changed its name to Azure Midstream Partners LP, effective immediately, the company said May 20.
Azure’s general partner also changed its name, effective immediately, to Azure Midstream Partners GP LLC.
Azure applied to list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker “AZUR,” and gave NASDAQ Global Market written notice to delist its common units from that exchange. Management determined that listing on NYSE is in unitholders’ best interest and the company’s growth strategy and governance.
Azure will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission to delist from NASDAQ, the company added. The delisting from NASDAQ is scheduled to be effective after close of business May 28. NYSE trading is scheduled to begin May 29 under the ticker “AZUR.” Until then, the common units will continue trading on NASDAQ under the ticker “FISH.”
Azure Midstream Partners LP is based in Dallas.
Azure Midstream Partners GP LLC is wholly owned by Azure Midstream Energy LLC.
