Together with its Midstream Business information franchise and its DUG conference series, Hart Energy introduces the Midstream Texas conference and exhibition. The event, set for Oct. 25-27, will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio. Midstream Texas is co-located with the 2015 DUG Eagle Ford conference, the world's largest unconventional resources event. The conferences share an exhibition which features hundreds of companies showcasing products and technologies across midstream and upstream operations.

According to the EIA, Texas represents nearly 30 percent of the nation's oil refining capacity. “Texas stands as the heart of the nation’s midstream network,” said Paul Hart, Midstream Business editor-in-chief and conference host. “This conference is an opportunity for senior-level executives to discuss midstream infrastructure around the Houston Ship Channel and other ventures not part of Texas plays, such as the Permian Basin or Eagle Ford. Midstream Texas serves as a much-needed information source by tracking the growth of the state’s diverse midstream infrastructure.”

Midstream Texas will explore:

· The state’s role in U. S. midstream buildout.

· Major gathering, processing, transportation and storage projects – current and planned.

· E&P activity throughout the Permian Basin and elite Texas resource plays: Eagle Ford, Granite Wash/Panhandle and Barnett.

· Linking unconventional plays to Gulf Coast infrastructure.

· Potential export markets.

Attendees can register online to focus on upstream or midstream content, or upgrade to attend sessions from both conferences. A preliminary conference agenda can be found online.
