Peter Buckley, chairman of Caledonia Investments Plc, London, (London: CLDN) and a former director of Bristow Group Inc., Houston, (NYSE: BRS) has died. He was 67.
Buckley, who retired from Bristow’s board in 2008 after 11 years as a director, remained chairman of Bristow Aviation in the United Kingdom and was also chairman of Bristow’s U.K. Pension Scheme. He was also chief executive of Caledonia Investments, the U.K.’s biggest investment trust, from 1987 to 2002.
