Perpetual Energy Inc., Calgary, (TSX: PMT) has closed the sale of a portion of its Cardium assets.
The sale consists of of 21 gross (12 net) sections of undeveloped Cardium rights in the Carrot Creek area for $14 million, bringing total disposition proceeds to $22.5 million in 2011.
Perpetual retained all existing Cardium production as well as an additional 24 net sections of undeveloped Cardium lands in the greater Carrot Creek area.
