Sirius Energy Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell its undeveloped land interests in the Pembina area of Alberta.
The package includes 100% working interest in approximately 35 sections of Crown P&NG rights targeting the Duvernay formation, 1.25 land sections targeting the Cardium formation and up to 50% working interest in lands targeting the Nisku oil prospect.
Production from the Nisku assets is 165 barrels of oil per day.
Sayer is accepting cash offers to purchase the Cardium and Duvernay rights and joint venture proposals relating to the Nisku rights.
