Voyager Energy LLC has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to sell certain producing properties and leasehold in Buffalo Wallow (Granite Wash) Field in Hemphill County, Texas.
The package includes nonoperated working interests in 3,992 gross acres (1,198 net) of Granite Wash and shallower rights (approximately 70% held by production). Deep rights below 13,695 feet are available to approximately 3,798 gross acres. Cimarex Energy Co. and Forest Oil Corp. are operators.
Gross production for the past six months of 2009 averaged 1.6 million cubic feet and 22 barrels of oil per day (443,000 cubic feet and five barrels net). Net cash flow averaged over $60,000 per month for the last six months of 2009. Total proved reserves are 140,000 barrels of oil and 16.7 million cubic feet of gas (135,000 barrels and 15.2 million cubic feet proved undeveloped) and 117,000 barrels and 15.8 million cubic feet probable.
