While oil has been lingering around the $120/barrel mark for a while, rumors of $150/b keep circling. Which leads OPEC to open its mouth. Reuters announced today that OPEC may consider new explorations before it meets in September if prices continue to rise. Which leads me to wonder, how much control will OPEC have if we enter an oil crisis?
