Finley Resources Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, plans to acquire oil and gas producing properties in the Ark-La-Tex and Rockies regions from an undisclosed seller for $130 million. Finley has expanded its credit facility with the Bank of Scotland to fund the deal. The deal is expected to close by the end of February.
