Entered farm-in to develop Tepee Butte oil field, ND.

GPE Energy Inc., a U.S.-based subsidiary of Gold Point Energy Corp., Vancouver, (CDNX: GPE) has entered a farm in with Lone Tree, Colo.-based RTR Energy LLC for the development of Tepee Butte oil field in North Dakota. GPE Energy will pay 50% of seismic-survey costs on the assets in Hettinger County for approximately US$300,000. GPE Energy will then have the option to acquire a 37.5% working interest in exchange for funding 50% of drilling, completion and equipment costs of the development well. GPE Energy will be operator.
