Implantable Vision Inc., North Olmstead, Ohio, (OTCBB: IMVS) plans to acquire assets from Pilgrim Petroleum Corp., Dallas, (Pink Sheets: PGPM) Addison, Texas-based Lariat Energy Corp. and Addison, Texas-based American Energy Corp. for $5.8 million in stock. The assets consist of certain oil and gas leases, including Pilgrim's leasehold portfolio. Pilgrim has 16 leases in the Bend Arch/Fort Worth Basin. The assets acquired from Lariat and American were undisclosed.
