Fox Petroleum Inc., London, (OTCBB: FXPT) has closed the acquisition of three Kansas leases from Kansas-based Hogden & Associates for US$80,000. The assets include three leases in Geneseo-Edwards Field in Ellsworth County. Fox plans a 10-well drilling program to commence in August, with potential to add four more wells. AA Drilling has been contracted to drill the wells.
