Petro Resources Corp., Houston, (Amex: PRC) has acquired an additional 5% non-operated working interest in the Surprise prospect in Texas from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The prospect covers 6,000 acres in Nacogdoches County and is operated by Goodrich Petroleum Corp., Houston (NYSE: GDP). Petro Resources now has 10% gross working interest in the prospect.
