To purchase 80% of company with mineral rights in 481 acres in Woodward Co.,OK.

Vortex Resources Corp., Beverly Hills, Calif. (OTCBB: VTEX) plans to purchase 80% of the current outstanding shares of Oklahoma-based International Treasure Finders Inc. for an undisclosed price. International Treasure owns the mineral rights for 481 acres in Woodward County, Oklahoma. This acreage is currently being explored via a joint venture agreement with Chesapeake Exploration Ltd., a subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy Corp., Oklahoma City, (NYSE: CHK), which is entitled to drill up to five wells. Vortex chief executive Yossi Attia says, "We are excited to potentially be involved with Chesapeake in the development of the 481 acres in Woodward County, Oklahoma."
