Bought WI in Thompson #1 well, Garvin Co., OK.

Precision Petroleum Corp., Oklahoma City, (Nevada Company) (OTCBB: PPTO) has acquired an interest in the Thompson #1 well on section 18, T4N-R2W in Oklahoma from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The well is in Garvin County and has produced to date 22,000 barrels of oil and 51 million cubic feet of gas. The Thompson well produces from the Viola Limestone at a depth of 5,300 feet. The company plans to drill in July a step-out to the existing wellbore between two existing producers.
