Diaz Resources Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto: DZR) has sold its interest in a non-operated oil property in the Carmangay, Alberta area to an undisclosed buyer for C$1 million. The assets are valued at C$62,500 per flowing barrel, according to Diaz. Net production is 16 barrels of oil per day. Diaz will use the proceeds to pay bank debt.
