Arete Industries Inc., Westminster, Colo., (Pink Sheets: ARET) plans to acquire oil and gas properties in Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma from DNR Oil & Gas Co. and Tindall Operating Co. for an undisclosed amount in cash and additional consideration. The assets include 243 wells, including 46 producing wells and 197 proved undeveloped locations. Arete is the operator of the TOP gas-gathering system in Campbell County, Wyoming.
