Frontier Energy Corp., North Las Vegas, Nevada, has acquired the right to earn a 49% working interest in three leases in Callahan County, Texas, near Abilene from privately held, Denver-based RJ Oil & Gas LLC for $250,000. The assets involve some 450 acres, 10 producing wells, 32 additional wells available to be returned to production, four injection wells and ancillary facilities and equipment. The joint venture will focus on rehabilitation, exploitation, optimization and further development of the properties.
