Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: CPH) has acquired certain Alberta assets from Blue Parrot Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: BPA) for C$14.25 million in securities. Canadian Phoenix issued 95 million units to Blue Parrot in consideration for the assets. The assets include various working interests in 35 oil and gas wells on 22,880 gross acres (9,173 net) in the Antelope, Campbell-Namao, Capron, Chigwell, Taber, Wallace, Randell and Bonnie Glen areas.
