Bought co. with Peace River Arch assets, gaining 525 BOE/d.

Seaview Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: CVU) has acquired Alberta based, privately held C3 Resources Ltd., for C$21 million in stock, C$6.3 million in cash, C$12 million in debt for a total deal value of C$39 million. C3 assets are focused in the Peace River Arch area in Alberta with current production of approximately 525 barrels of oil equivalent per day (80% gas). The acquisition increases Seaview's net land position on the Doig-Montney exploration play in Pouce Coupe to 3.9 net sections.
