To acquire 10% WI in 25 additional sections in Horn River Basin.

Result Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: RTE) plans to acquire a 10% working interest in 25 additional sections in the Horn River Basin in northeastern British Columbia from privately held, Calgary-based Seven Generations Energy Ltd. for C$5 million in stock. Result will use 9.4 million shares at C$0.533 each. Seven Generations will own 12.9% of Result's outstanding shares. This increases Result's exposure to 83 gross (43.3 net) sections in this shale gas play, which is in the Dilly Creek area. Result plans to drill at least two (0.2 net) vertical shale gas wells in first-quarter 2009, and will pay approximately C$3 million in drilling and seismic costs.
