Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto: PBG) has acquired assets in British Columbia from Rocor Resources Inc. for C$26.5 million in cash and C$16.5 million in stock for a total C$53 million. The assets include 14 sections of land in the Montney formation with two producing wells and a 5-million-cubic-foot-per-day gas plant. Best recoverable reserves are approximately 148 billion cubic feet, according to reserve auditor GLJ Petroleum Consultants.
