Bought company, gaining 100% WI in five sections in Dawson area of BC.

Crocotta Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto: CTA) has acquired privately owned, Alberta-based Black Bore Resources Ltd. for C$10 million in stock and C$3.2 million in cash in a total deal valued at C$13.2 million. Black Bore's assets consist of a five-section contiguous 100% working interest block of land in the Dawson area of northeastern British Columbia, two wellbores that penetrate the Montney formation and access to the Doe Creek gas plant. Crocotta is planning to license 100% working interest in a horizontal Montney well on the Dawson lands and expects to start drilling in late November. Production is approximately 50 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Crocotta now has 11 net section of Montney rights in the Dawson area and access of 6 million cubic feet per day of gas plant capacity in the area.
