FieldPoint Petroleum Corp., Austin, Texas, (Amex: FPP) has acquired a working interest in the South Vacuum Field in Lea County, New Mexico, from an undisclosed seller for $1 million. The assets include 25% to 50% working interest in four gas wells. FieldPoint estimates a deal value of approximately $1.54 per Mcfe proved and will replace approximately 152% of the company's 2009 anticipated production.
