Bought additional 5,120 acres in Peace River region, AB.

Tamm Oil and Gas Corp., Calgary, (OTCBB: TAMO) has acquired an additional 5,120 acres of oil-sands leases in the Peace River region of Alberta from Petrocorp Inc., White Plains, N.Y., (OTCBB: PTCB) for approximately US$780,000 in stock. Tamm has issued 1 million shares in consideration. These new leases increase the company's holdings in the Manning area to more than 35,000 acres.
