Acquired 50% WI in 15,000 acres in Centurion project in Sumner Co., KS.

Osceola Hydrocarbons Ltd., Bristol, England, has acquired a 50% interest in the Centurion project in Kansas from U.K.-based Nighthawk Energy Plc for US$5 million in cash. In addition, Nighthawk will receive an annual 5% royalty. The Centurion project covers approximately 15,000 acres in Sumner County. Three wells have been drilled. A four-well drilling program is scheduled for the near future.
