Aquired Killam oil property in East Central Alberta.

An undisclosed buyer has acquired the Killam oil property in East Central Alberta from Buffalo Resources Corp., Calgary, (Toronto VENTURE: BFR) for C$21.75 million plus a 5% nonconvertible overriding royalty on 50% of the production of certain gas rights. Buffalo will focus capital expenditures on its core producing properties at Frog Lake and Pincher Creek.
