Purchased 33% nonoperated WI in Antelope Lake area.

An undisclosed buyer has acquired the nonoperated working interest (approximately 33%) properties in the Antelope Lake area of southwestern Saskatchewan from Eagle Rock Exploration Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: ERX) for C$6.9 million and a 100% working interest in 525 net acres of undeveloped land in Antelope Lake. The land acquisition will increase Eagle Rock's total undeveloped land in southwestern Saskatchewan from 1,840 to 2,365 net acres. Net production from the field is 135 barrels of oil per day, a decline from 241 barrels per day in December due to higher water cuts and curtailments. The higher water cuts increase Eagle Rock's processing costs as Eagle Rock does not have a working interest in the facilities.
