An undisclosed buyer has acquired certain minor interests in the Carrot Creek area of west-central Alberta from Geocan Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto: GCA) for approximately C$2.28 million. Average net production is 43 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Proceeds will be used to pay debt. The effective date is Dec. 1, 2007.
