Pyramid Petroleum Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: PYR) plans to sell 5.84% interest in its Montana and Alberta properties to an undisclosed arms-length company for US$6.3 million. The assets have net production of 130 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Pyramid will use the proceeds to fund future projects and pay debt.
