Brownstone Ventures Inc., Toronto, (CDNX: BWN) has acquired 2.5 million shares of Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: MOO) for approximately C$1.5 million. Brownstone also received warrants to acquire another 2.5 million shares at C$0.30 each. If the warrants are fully exercised, Brownstone will hold 14.6% of the outstanding shares of Mooncor, and with its joint actors it will hold 18.2%.
