Acquired additional shares, now holds 33% stake.

Humboldt Capital Corp., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: HMB) has acquired an additional 920,000 shares of Tuscany Energy Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: TUS) from an undisclosed individual for approximately C$92,000. Humbolt and major shareholder Robert W. Lamond now hold 12 million Tuscany shares, representing a 33% stake. Tuscany has assets in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Production as of the end of the first quarter was 220 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Proved reserves are 325,000 net barrels equivalent (271,000 net proved developed producing) and proved and probable reserves are 431,000 net barrels equivalent.
