Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd., Vancouver, (CDNX: SOG) plans to acquire privately owned, Calgary-based ZinMac Inc. for approximately C$3.25 million in stock. Strategic will issue 5 million shares to ZinMac shareholders, and ZinMac president Anthony Wain will become chief executive of Strategic. Arn Shoch will become executive chairman and president. ZinMac has E&P projects in Western Canada using 3-D geomodeling technology and geostatistical methods.
