PanTerra Resource Corp., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: PAN) has acquired from Stealth Venture Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto: SLV) the remaining 50% working interest in PanTerra-operated, joint-venture shale-gas properties in Saskatchewan for approximately C$3.25 million in stock. PanTerra will now consolidate and control its exploration and development efforts in Saskatchewan with a 100% working interest in about 1.1 million net acres.
