Montecello Resources Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: MEO) has acquired additional interest in the Sarcee project on the T'suu Tina Reserve near Calgary from Vanguard Exploration Corp. for C$3.5 million in stock. Montecello will acquire an additional 6% interest, raising its total interest to 8.25% net, on 2,560 acres in sections 12, 13, 14 and 23 in Township 23, Range 4 W5M in the Mannville formation. Montello participated in the drilling and completion of the 12-13 well by paying 5% of costs to earn an undivided 2.5% working interest. Arapahoe Energy Corp. is operator.
