Central Resources Inc., Denver, plans to acquire producing properties in Western Canada from Apache Corp., Houston, (NYSE: APA) for an undisclosed price. The assets include properties in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta producing approximately 3,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The deal is expected to close in first-quarter 2008.
