To acquire additional 50% WI in White Hill Lakes heavy oil property, giving 100% ownership.

Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: MOO) plans to acquire an additional 50% working interest in the White Hill Lakes heavy oil property in Sasketchewan from PanTerra Resource Corp., Calgary, for an undisclosed price. The acquisition gives Mooncor 100% ownership. It has drilled five wells and will drill a sixth that targets the Waseca and McLaren formations. Mooncor owns 263,500 gross acres (151,500 net) in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
