Four undisclosed buyers plan to acquire properties in Alberta from Enterra Energy Trust, Calgary, (NYSE, Toronto: ENT) in separate deals for a total price of C$46.2 million. One of these purchases has closed for C$5.34 million. The assets combined produce 1,450 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Enterra will use the proceeds to pay debt. Closing of the other deals is expected in February.
