Petro Uno Resources Ltd., Calgary, plans to acquire privately owned Ballater Resources Ltd. for C$2.95 million. Ballater's assets are primarily in Alberta. Production is approximately 41 barrels of oil per day including Red Earth with 2,240 gross, (1,573 net), Loon with 640 gross (283 net) and Lanaway with 480 gross (294 net). Proved reserves are 191,400 barrels equivalent (90% proved developed producing; 93% light oil). Petro Uno reports the deal is valued at C$15.45 per barrel on a proved plus producing basis.
