Solara Exploration Ltd., Calgary, has acquired producing properties in northeastern Alberta from an undisclosed seller for C$1.05 million. The properties are producing 440,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Proved reserves are 1.6 billion cubic feet of gas. Assets include 16,640 net undeveloped acres. The deal is valued at $15,000 per flowing barrel of oil equivalent, according to Solara.
