Polish company Lotos Exploration and Production Norge AS plans to acquire a 10% stake in production licenses 316, 316B, 316CS and 316DS on the Norwegian Continental Shelf from Det norske oljeselskap's (Oslo: DETNOR) for US$84 million. The transaction includes Yme Field, currently under development.
