Abu Dhabi National Energy Co. PJSC, Abu Dhabi, UAE, (Abu Dhabi: TAQ) through subsidiary TAQA Bratani Ltd., has acquired nonoperated interests in the Brae area of the U.K. North Sea continental shelf from Talisman Energy UK Ltd., Calgary, (NYSE, Toronto: TLM) for an undisclosed price. The assets include net production of 14,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day and proved reserves of 18.5 million barrels of oil equivalent with 34 million barrels equivalent proved plus probable.
