Radial Energy Inc., Houston, (OTCBB: RENG) has entered a joint operating agreement with Colombia-based Maxim Well Services Ltd. to acquire assets in Colombia. The agreement includes 20% working interest and rights in the Middle Magdalena Valley's Bosques Block. Proved reserves are estimated at 1.1 million gross barrels of oil reserves, with 550,000 barrels proved nonproducing and 550,000 barrels proved undeveloped.
