Production-sharing contract

Serica Energy Plc, London, (London, Toronto Venture: SQZ) has acquired the Kutai production-sharing contract onshore and offshore Indonesia. The contract covers an area of approximately 4,729 square kilometers in the Kutai Basin of East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Serica is the operator and will hold a 52.5% interest in the block, with its Indonesia-based partner PT Ephindo retaining 47.5% interest.
