Petróleos Delta SA (Petrodelta), Panama City, Panama, plans to acquire the assets and rights in the South Monagas Unit fields in Venezuela from Harvest Natural Resources Inc., Houston, (NYSE: HNR) for a 32% net interest in Petrodelta. The field has production of 25,900 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Net proved reserves as of December 2005 were 36 million barrels equivalent.
